Dear Argonauts,
As we cross the threshold of 2023, we wish to express our deepest gratitude for being part of the Argonauts community.
When we come together, we call upon each other to fully show up.
We do this not just to grow as individuals and support each other on that journey, but to practice being the truest versions of ourselves in all aspects of our lives. Our Trust Circles allow us to “lean into the fall”, knowing that we can let go of all that no longer serves us, and embrace the new depths in ourselves. One missing conversation at a time, we create a different kind of collective “we”: one that is aware, takes responsibility and shows up in the world through (in)action that is much more closely aligned with our true selves and the vision of the world we both hope for and are working hard to create.
When asked about their vision for the Argonauts in 2024, your Trust Circle Stewards used the phrase “coming home.” Our concept of home is the connection to that sacred place where we feel safe; where we make room for ourselves; where we are present with each other and rooted in something far beyond ourselves. Growing from a foundation we have laid down so far, we want to evolve as a community that is kind, vibrant, but also a stable anchor in our collective ambition and commitment to growth and change.
Looking towards 2024, there is a lot to be grateful for, concerned about, and hopeful for. That’s our message for the New Year: we don’t ignore what’s happening. We are aware and pragmatic. And yet, as we work to be present in the world in a different way, we transform it.
There is a wholeness to our community. With warmth and purpose in our hearts, we know that what we’ll do together will be remarkable. We believe in us. This is our message of hope.
Let’s together have the conversations that really matter.
Wishing you and your loved ones a wonderful holiday season and all the best in 2024.
On behalf of all Stewards and with love and respect,
John, Marijana, Agnese, Vinay and Loes
