This page informs you of our terms and conditions regarding the use of our website and services, e.g. Mobile App, Trust Circles, Network Concierge Service and other programs.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and The Argonauts Community LLC, located at 8 The Green Suite #7337, Dover, DE, 19901 USA (“we”, “us”), concerning your access to and use of the The Argonauts’ website (www.the-argonauts.com) as well as any related applications.
The Argonauts is the first collaborative peer-to-peer community for authentic leaders and their organizations. Our community is a trusted environment for leaders to nurture personal fulfillment, achieve professional success, and grow flourishing relationships. Our goal is to enable our members to positively transform themselves, their organizations, and the world around us.
The Argonauts follow a structured member selection process / assessment process designed to identify authentic leaders capable of transformational leadership that creates the safe environment needed for leaders to develop. Conditions for admission into the community are:
- at least one personal recommendation of a member, and
- satisfactory results in the assessments, and
- a unanimous decision of the Membership Committee.
The information collected throughout the assessment process is used to assess the potential member’s authenticity and transformational leadership capabilities, as well as the social fit to our community.
The community provides the following services:
Upon admission, members start a unique leadership development experience through participation in their Trust Circle, a hand-picked group of 8 like-minded peers with diverse backgrounds, positions and experiences. Each Circle is guided by a professional facilitator who is responsible for enabling powerful personal transformation through challenge explorations in personal, business and relationship life.
In addition to the Trust Circle, members have regular access to the services of our internal Network Concierge, as well as access to exclusive partner programs and participation in events and journeys. Furthermore, membership includes access to our curated content library, and the option to participate in special focus programs such as the Accelerator Program or the Empowerment Program (“Services”). Data is also used to optimize the leadership development of our users and members.
To access the internal part of the website, a login is required. Users cannot register by themselves, as an official invitation by the Membership Committee is required. This way, access is restricted to members and users who have been invited to the community. Upon logging in, users can access services such as content, assessments, and special services provided by specific partners free of charge. We may, however, display advertisement on our website or offer additional services such as leadership programs, the Accelerator Program, analytics, insights, additional Circles and other services which may require an additional fee.
By participating in the community and/or in its modules and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, you are prohibited from using the community and its services and you must discontinue use immediately. We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.
The supplemental policies set out in Section 1.7 below, as well as any supplemental Terms and Conditions or documents that may be posted on the website from time to time, are expressly incorporated by reference.
We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version of these Terms and Conditions will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of the community and its website represents that you have accepted such changes.
We may update or change the website from time to time to reflect changes to our modules and services, our members’ needs and/or our business priorities.
Our community is directed to people of all nations. The information provided by the community is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.
The community is intended for members who are at least 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted to participate as a member or use the Services without parental permission.
Membership, including the Trust Circle, Network Concierge Service and partner benefits, comes at a monthly membership fee of $350 per member. The membership covers the individual member as well as their organization. Upon admission into the community, a $2,500 Initiation fee will be charged.
To optimize the experience, all new members undergo a mandatory 8- to 12-week Initiation process. The Initiation is a special leadership training that covers communication skills, leadership skills and a first transformational experience.
Services which are excluded from the membership, e.g the Accelerator Program, will be available at additional one-time fees. The participation in such programs is not mandatory. However, an investment in such a stand-alone program upon joining the community will be deducted from the initiation fee.
Additional terms regarding the Argonauts Sales Accelerator program:
The Sales Accelerator program (powered by Growth Connector) is fully refundable within 60 days after purchase. After expiry of the 60 day period, a refund is not possible.
The repayment claim within the first 60 days voids if relevant exercises (set up calls, weekly exercises, persona profile, text templates for emails, further information) throughout the training are not being completed or their completion is not made available immediately upon request. Third-Party Payment Processors:
Currently, The Argonauts use Stripe and PayPal. Our third-party e-commerce payment processor accepts payments through methods detailed on the applicable payment screen, which may include various credit cards. By using such third-party payment processors, you agree to their terms and conditions of use. Such third-parties may charge fees to process payments. We do not guarantee any particular form of payment will be available to make a payment.
Additional policies which also apply to your membership include:
- Our Code of Conduct, which sets out the permitted actions and prohibited actions within the community. When participating in the community, you must comply with this Code of Conduct.
- Our Trust Circle Principles including the Confidentiality Agreement, which you are asked to sign prior to joining your Trust Circle. The two documents define the framework for the interaction within Trust Circles.
