If you’re coming to drive sales for your business, party, or only solve practical pragmatic problems on an intellectual level while refusing to dive into the emotional side of it, the Trust Circle journey is not for you.

The Trust Circle may be a fit if you want to:

• Engage with other people at a level of meaning and purpose
• Create spaces for transformational conversations
• Be vulnerable and talk about things that are hard to talk about
• Engage with uncertainty, and face whatever inner discomfort this surfaces 
• Find ways to support the transformation of yourself and others.

The onboarding is a 6-week commitment. During this time, you’ll receive weekly reflection prompts and curated resources (podcasts, videos, articles). These are optional — you decide how much time to spend, though we recommend about 30–45 minutes each week before your session. The six onboarding sessions are mandatory and each runs for 90 minutes.

After onboarding, if you choose to continue your Trust Circle journey, you commit to a minimum of one year. This helps maintain stability and trust within the group, as frequent changes can disrupt the experience for all participants.

Your monthly Trust Circle sessions are 2.5 hours each, with around 30–45 minutes of preparation beforehand. Beyond that, you’re free to decide how much you engage with other membership features, such as our online events and the Navigator Matching program.

Yes, all sessions for the Onboarding and the Trust Circle are conducted live on a specialized virtual conferencing platform. 

We schedule onboarding cohorts in advance. If you can’t make any of them, please submit your scheduling preferences after signup. We will do our best to accommodate your and your peers’ feedback in the next cohort, but please keep in mind we cannot guarantee a timely start date in advance.

The Onboarding fee is 499 EUR per person excluding VAT and covers the 6-week program. It can be self-funded or organizationally-funded. 

The Trust Circle membership costs 1050 EUR per quarter and is usually paid annually in advance. The first payment is due after completion of your onboarding.

You can select your preferred payment method after sign up. We accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay (only available at checkout on iPhone), and SEPA Direct Debit (only available in EU countries).
