The Conscious States of Leadership Profile™ (CSLP)

The Conscious States of Leadership Profile™ is a powerful tool developed by The Argonauts based on Vertical Development Theory. The CSLP supports pre-selection of change makers and people inspirers within your organization and is followed by a team workshop facilitated by our experts, helping to explore the relationship between different states and their impact on team collaboration and organizational success.

Step 2

The Conversational Fluency™ Master Class

The Master Class is a curated and facilitated 6-week program that initiates participants into the experience of Conversational Fluency™. This is a different way of having conversations that truly matter, one that creates openness and builds trust. Through its unique mechanisms, Conversational Fluency™ creates the psychological safety and trust needed to cultivate the individual and collective potential within teams.

The Trust Circle™
Journey

Trust Circles™ are modular groups of 6-8 team members dedicated to a journey of conscious leadership for a minimum of 12 months. In monthly virtual meetings, the team engages in meaningful conversations that allow for more effective collaboration, better decision-making, and higher performance towards individual and collective purpose.
