The CSLP is a self-assessment tool designed to uncover where you and your team fit regarding your conscious leadership states. The profiles provide insight into the development needs of each team member. It helps organizations start a journey towards trust and purpose through understanding multiple perspectives and approaches to life.
Our Conversational Fluency™ methodology cultivates conscious leadership and is the core mechanism of building a high-performing culture. The 8-week Trust Circle Master Class acts as an onboarding phase for Conversational Fluency™. During this process, your team will gain new tools and methods for reflection and growth, in addition to learning the fundamentals of our methodology.
The Trust Circle™ is a tool that enables conversations that transcend differences, individual and business priorities, and other barriers to connection. Through expert facilitation, a safe psychological place, and awareness of each team member’s conscious states of leadership, these conversations can uncover insights, transform thinking, and reach a level of depth that wouldn’t occur in normal business settings. The journey is modular and can last from a minimum of 6 months up to 24 months.
