"Becoming a leader is synonymous with becoming yourself.
It is precisely that simple and also that difficult.”

High Mountains Laid Low

As a parent, provider, and CEO, throwing myself into a professional transition seemed like an enormous task that perhaps I couldn’t pull off. But I had discovered that the solutions I was already delivering to people readily fit the needs and demands of Family Offices. It was a fantastic opportunity that I felt I just could not ignore, but I had to move from being a successful International Organizational Psychologist and Corporate Culture Expert for global corporations to a person who could establish a next venture that serves Family Offices, the group of people that demanded my services the most. I needed to find a way forward and I needed it fast.

It was a massively daunting task, as I had already recognized that in order to succeed I had to get access to potential partners and clients based in a world that is closed off to outsiders. Yet, through the Network Concierge of the Argonauts I was not only introduced to but recommended by several Family Offices in an incredibly short time.

The Argonauts supported me all the way through not only an extremely emotional transition, but also a risk-taking process to a place where I now enjoy a real passion for doing business. From being at a point where I saw myself as completely alone, I now know I am in good company with all the Argonauts.
