A Letter From our Team for 2025

The Argonauts mark five years of transformation, resilience, and unity. Together, we’ve built a space where trust and collective wisdom can flourish. As we look ahead to the next chapter, we honor the stories and relationships that have shaped this journey.

Dear valued Argonauts community members,

We have come to the end of another year full of growth and transformation, of new beginnings and also of some endings.

Five years ago, we set sail on this remarkable adventure together as The Argonauts Community. What an incredible voyage it has been so far—one marked by courage, resilience, and a shared commitment to creating a better world. It has not been without its imperfections, but every challenge, every triumph, and every learning moment has added depth and richness to our collective story – as is true for any journey of transformation.

Through these years, our community has flourished. Together, we’ve built a space where trust thrives, wisdom is shared, and hearts are opened. Our team has poured their passion into fostering Trust Circles, training facilitators, and crafting content that resonates deeply. From the launch of the Master Class to soulful retreats, from corporate collaborations to heartfelt face-to-face gatherings, we have sought to inspire and be inspired.

This has been no ordinary journey. It is the collective journey of heroes—of all of us Argonauts—who have dared to step into the unknown, to embrace vulnerability, and to co-create something truly extraordinary. There have been moments of struggle, yes, but also moments of breathtaking unity and wisdom, where the whole became far greater than the sum of its parts.

Our journey as an organization mirrors your journey as a member, and we are deeply grateful for every one of you who has been with us and taken the time to share your hearts, minds and souls. Without your courage, your stories, and your presence, The Argonauts would not be what it is today.

As one of our valued members, Sue Stockdale, recently said,

“Some organizations leave footprints, but The Argonauts leaves a soul print. It plants a seed in each of us which can never be removed. Each member has traversed to new lands. It is in those stories that the community may share with others in the future that the real Argonauts legacy lies.”

As we prepare to step boldly into 2025, we are already co-creating with our Trust Circle Stewards to shape the next chapter of our collective journey. Here is what you can expect:

Our monthly Trust Circle will continue to explore the 12 conscious leadership qualities, examining each quality through the lens of each of the four waves. From January to April, our monthly Trust Circle will take a deep dive into Courage, inviting us to reflect on its transformative power in our lives and leadership:

  • How might courage help you dive deeper into your own hidden arena?
  • How does courage beckon you to respond in conversation with others?
  • What does courage look like in action?
  • And most importantly, what sits at the heart of your being—your coeur—the source from which true courage flows?

We hope you will join us as we continue this remarkable journey together. Your stories, your collective wisdom, and your courage are what breathe life into this community. As we navigate the path ahead, may we continue to inspire one another and the larger human family.

Sincerely,

Eveline, Freya, Kasha, Penelope, Loes, Krzysztof and Stefan
