with Jamie Wheal

Grow by getting into flow states

What is the connection between consciousness and flow state? And how do I get from one to another?

To find out, join us for a one-hour live Q&A with bestselling author and founder of The Flow Genome Project, Jamie Wheal.

In this Q&A live session, Jamie will share some of his unique research learnings: How to grow by getting into flow states. Expanding yourself by experiencing and having dialogues in shared experiences, supported by physical and neurobiological means to further alleviate consciousness, healing and growth becomes possible.

The benefit of belonging and growing in communities – and reconnecting intensely with nature and yourself while doing so – are Jamie’s key to reactivate flow and peak states within oneself. Connecting to others in continuous conversation in flow can create bonds for life.
