What is the science behind it?

Our model is based on four essential concepts which are used to differentiate the six states: cognition style (thinking capacity), sense-making capacity (relational, action logic), systems orientation (being versus doing),  and spiritual orientation (life stages). The way an individual experiences each concept will show up differently at each state.

Cognition style

A person’s characteristic mode of perceiving, thinking, remembering, and problem solving.

EQ

Sense-making capacity

A person’s capacity to turn circumstances into situations that are understood specifically in conversations as a springboard for action. The view of sense making is a construct of self development, self actualization and a change in personal meaning.

CQ

Systems orientation

A person’s focus on the context and the environment in which they operate. Am I the author of my own life ? What does that even mean? 

IQ+EQ=CQ

Spiritual orientation

A person’s self-perceived spiritual knowledge, skills, and attitude that influence one’s ability to derive meaning and purpose, from community, work and life, – addressing the disorderly, messy parts of life that make us human.
