The Argonauts create a safe space for leaders to connect, share transformational experiences, and grow.

Conversations in Trust Circles empower leaders to develop and grow substantially as conscious leaders. The Trust Circles clarify the Why behind our behavior and to find a path towards change.

The Trust Circle experience results in a structured journey with monthly impulses, ideas and exercises.

What is a Circle?

A Trust Circle is a group of 6-8 diverse, handpicked Navigating Argonauts who meet regularly in a confidential virtual space to discuss personal and professional challenges and develop their leadership qualities. Every Circle is supported by a professional facilitator.

There are different types of Trust Circles: Next to the personal, regular Trust Circle consisting of eight hand-picked peers who meet once a month for 2.5 hrs, there are Impact and Focus Circles formed around specific topics, projects or challenges.
