A Circle is a group of diverse peers who meet to work through challenges and share experiences. Every Circle is supported by a professional facilitator.
There are different types of Circles: Trust Circles consisting of eight hand-picked peers who meet once a month for 2.5 hrs; Impact Circles for special projects; and Focus Circles formed around specific topics or challenges.
