Conversations are the foundations of our relationships. They are the engine rooms of our organisations, the space where collaboration and collective wisdom arise. Increase your awareness and capacity for holding high quality conversations. Learn how to build trusted spaces for collective wisdom to transpire. Transform your leadership today.
The Conversational Fluency Master Class supports conscious leaders and individuals who desire to find ways to support the transformation of themselves and others.
This Master Class offers a proven methodology for leaders and individuals wanting to reduce relational conflict and increase collaboration.
Every week leaders will be invited to reflect on offered material and then bring their reflections into a Trust Circle. A Trust Circle is a space where participants bring their full vulnerable selves. A space where we meet all of ourselves and each other, where we have the difficult conversations we don’t often have in other places. Without this practice of sharing and listening with courage and curiosity there would be no journey towards greater consciousness.
We live in a time where we have multiple complex challenges – climate change, increasing polarization, and mental health pandemic, only to name a few.
In this time of great disconnection and complexity, this Master Class provides a proven method for having conversations that really matter in personal, societal and planetary contexts.
More than ever our civilizations need to collaborate not alienate. This Master Class offers an alternative to current paradigms of personal and organizational relationships.
Our immersive program consists of weekly peer exchange and individual reflection activities.

This experience kicks off with a short webinar that offers you a basic understanding of the Argonauts philosophy, the value proposition and foundational principles for developing Conversational Fluency.
Components:
The Art of Conversational Fluency begins with our ability to understand where we are in the conversation. We can either be reacting or responding to those we are conversing with. We introduce this difference by using the simple analogy of a line. You can either be above or below the line at any given time in a conversation. But where you are will determine the "outcome” of that conversation.
Components:
What are the conversations that you want to have? Where are the missing conversations in your family, friendship groups, teams, organizations, communities and the wider world?
Components:
We have different responses to the world and our relationships. You might see yourself as a victim or as someone who is in control of life or you might see yourself as a conduit through which life happens. We will introduce a model to help you explore 4 potential ways of being in the world.
Components:
As you open yourself up to the wisdom of others with empathy, a shift occurs; from Me to We. We start to see the world from another’s perspective and lived experience. We become changed by our collective experiences and between us something new can be created.
Components:
In our last week we look to the places where we will continue to apply our insights; our families, friendships, work teams, organizations and communities. Where and how can we experiment with what we have learnt so that we bring the transformations we want to see alive?
Components:
